Great and speedy service!
I inherited a large guitar amplifier and apparently a Yamaha classic amp. Since I don't play guitar, I was able to trade it in for a good studio wireless microphone that I needed for the science programs our group does at Virginia State Parks. The Sam Ash employees were great and I am very satisfied!

I've purchased a lot of guitars and amps from Sam Ash. Always a great experience. Just got a Marshall Origin 50 watt amp that is awsome. All the team at Sam Ash are awsome. James tunnel is so helpful [he knows his stuff] l really enjoy going almost every week to see what they have. Always a great experience at Sam Ash!
My ordering experience was good with knowledgeable help by Adam. My first electric guitar and I was naturally anxious. My guitar arrived a few days later. I picked it up at store #55 in Richmond, VA. The guitar technician/luthier (Chris) patiently unpacked my guitar and gave it a good check. He found several issues that should have been corrected at the factory, which he corrected in short order. Grateful to Chris for fixing the tuning, volume knobs and the pickup switch. Will continue to do business with Sam Ash.
