We went to San Ash Cherry Hill and arrived just after closing, which was our own fault. We walked down to a competitor and wasn’t really helped with what we needed so we walked back to our car and passed Sam Ash again. One on the employees Anthony saw us go by twice and came outside and asked if he could help. He ended up inviting us in even though they just closed and measured my daughter for our instrument needs and we ended up finding an instrument perfect for my daughter and bought it on the spot. everyone I talk to was or seemed interested in what I was asking, which shows good training. the only thing that I was not pleased with is the price I paid for the vater drum sticks I purchased. I had just watched a video on utube about your co. and they advertised the sticks at $5.41 but I paid over $11.00. But I did like to see used instruments and assorted stands etc for sale at good prices
Do quite a bit of shopping at this location. I do wish that your LP Percussion inventory was bigger.
Everyone was super great! Very helpful staff and they definitely made sure I had everything that I needed. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I was waiting for an extended period of time to pick up my instrument because there was no staff around and I ended up finding them behind the desk in the other room playing on their phones.
