The staff was very knowledgeable as well as helpful. My only complaint was I had to special order an item that was promised within a week and wound up being two weeks later. But I was kept up to date throughout it all. Very professional!
I like this store, the employees are respectful and helpful. So much that I've signed for guitar lessons. The instructor is very patient. I'll go again and again
I used to go to Sam Ash years ago and had several bad experiences, and refused to go back. Well, I am back after about 20 years and so far, so good. The staff has been very helpful and not pushy at all. I just bought a new bass guitar that am having set up this week. If the work is good, I will have another guitar worked on. A lot of great products and good prices.
Very fast and knowledgeable repair team--good as new--by far best in the region at keeping kids playing.

I Bought a DDJ-SR & Gator Carrying Bag for it... Speaker Stands & Carrying Case & I was There AGAIN this Sunday For a Cpl Cables. I Go there Always .
