Excellent customer service I purchased a violin a few weeks back the guy that helped me in the cherry hill store was knowledgeable and patient. I came back with a broken string and to buy a book and he was just as welcoming. The only thing I can say is the prices are a little high but for a quality instrument I guess that can't be avoided.

Always a pleasure! I traded in a couple of fx peddles that I don't use anymore. I was pleasantly surprised as to what they gave me for them. I used the trade in credit on some other things that I needed and left the store a very happy camper.
