Josh, one of the managers, was very helpful and knowledgable. The service was 10x better than Guitar Center.
I have always received good input from the counter guys along the back where microphones are sold. Looking back over MANY years, I remember buying every important piece of gear at Sam Ash Store in Cherry Hill, adjacent to the Mall.
From New Jersey to King of Prussia I asked them in New Jersey they found what I needed and I went to King of Prussia and I got it!
Greeted at the door , left to browse with little interference, helpful staff and great selection. What else can you ask. I have , over the years , bought Amps , guitars , and also had a trumpet refurbished. Never have had a bad experience.

Sam Ash is wonderful!! My 8 year old son is currently taking drumming lessons and loves it. The ease of signing up, signing in, completing a payment is wonderful. I will def recommend to others.
