Yesterday was our first time at the Sam Ash Music Store. Our piano teacher told us to check it out when upgrading our son's keyboard. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and showed him how to use the keyboard, split it into two different instruments, told him about saving sequences, etc. He was a nice person so we bought from him.
I love this place! From the General Manager to the guys in sound, they are always helpful and time efficient. Most of the time I'm running in there on the way to a gig. Never a wait or hassle. Plus they always give great advice on suggesting what equipment best suits my needs! I highly recommend this place for all your sound and lighting needs! Thanks, boys! I will be back soon.
I like this store. The employees are very helpful. I have had minor issues exchanging and/or returning things, but I still highly recommend Sam Ash music stores. Learned the hard way that you can only try guitars out in a store like this or at a guitar show - but never buy online. Because if you don't find the guitar meets your standards, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Two of my children take lessons there. They are learning a lot. Andrew and Lori are wonderful teachers.
