Quick stop (February 28) to see if they had a 9v adopter for an effect pedal that I had bought online. The dude was extremely helpful finding two products that worked for my pedal, testing it to make sure it worked and then showing me that the store itself used the same adopter for some demo gear that had on display. Unfortunately, the item that was supposedly 'in stock' at this store was not in stock. So that needs to be addressed. Web department needs to get their systems up to speed with retail. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because the employees at this store are solid people. Ive always had good experiences with all of them. Keep them happy.
