RecommendedFun shopping experience! My son bought his first guitar, a EVH Wolfgang after trying many guitars he chose his axe. The staff were great and encouraged him to sit with each instrument and until he found one that was to his liking. A fun way to explore the options they have!

Customer service at Sam Ash? Bar none the best in the business. From the time I called to ask some questions, Dave Weintraub in customer service was more than helpful and gave me a great deal on the Telecaster I bought. Thanks for the added strings Dave. Going to the Springfield store to pick up my new 'kid', the next day where Mike Tagliarini took care of me. Professionalism all around. The 2 year service plan I got is the best $60.00 spent. These guys know their business. Always a pleasure to deal with.
