As a left-handed person, it is very difficult to find quality and variety in guitars. The crew @ Sam Ash, Springfield, N.J. has been exceptional in tracking down guitars for me to purchase, and in repairing used models I have brought in. I play acoustic and electric guitars, traditional and slide guitar, and in several different tunings, so their help has been crucial. Came in not expecting to buy anything, walked out with a wonderfully sounding guitar. No sales pressure whatsoever, but no trouble getting someone’s attention either. That’s how it should be.
Had a great experience with the store in New Jersey with the purchase of an amp I saw on line. I had a number of Sam Ash gift cards to apply to the purchase so the manager made it easy to take care of business by letting me pay for the transaction close to home. I can't wait to receive shipment.
