Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I called first thing in the morning looking for a Martin guitar. They had to call me back in which they did right away. They had what I was looking for. My son had the same guitar that was damaged and Edison was unable to repair it. Edison is always great too. I was looking for a cell phone holder and the young man walked me to the dept. The other young man walked me to the items and helped me pick it out. The manager at the front desk too looked up what strings that I purchased last. ... read more

Sales staff are great. I can not find my Sam Ash card, and they contacted the Bank for an OK to make the purchase. I am a nubie and they took the time to explain everything I need to know.
