The folks at Sam Ash are so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I love the atmosphere in there, very jovial and they recognize me when I walk in!! Staff were attentive yet non-intrusive...which was cool. They responded to any questions that I had about a musicians bench-seat thingy and were quite patient with me as I was taking my time trying to figure out the "logistics" of transporting the item from gig to gig. Folks were relatively knowledgable and NO ONE SPEWED "musician product familiarity" non-sense at me ....which was a BIG plus. I will definitely be back and will recommend others as well. Strictly professional staff.
