RecommendedStaff were attentive yet non-intrusive...which was cool. They responded to any questions that I had about a musicians bench-seat thingy and were quite patient with me as I was taking my time trying to figure out the "logistics" of transporting the item from gig to gig. Folks were relatively knowledgable and NO ONE SPEWED "musician product familiarity" non-sense at me ....which was a BIG plus. I will definitely be back and will recommend others as well. Strictly professional staff.

Hi...I have to say that my first experience going to Sam Ash was the best ever! Although I live closer to another music store, when I walked into Sam Ash, I was blown away by how much inventory they have available right there in the store!! I bought my son his 1st Trumpet there & was assisted by Halie, hopefully I spelled her name right. There are numerous brick-and-mortar as well as online-based musical retailers I could have done business with for my recent plus-$1K musical gear puchase, but it was Jim Hoefeldt's excellent customer service skills that convinced me that Sam Ash Music in New Haven is the outfit that I wanted to do business with.
