Paul, at the New Haven Sam Ash, helped me with my purchase of a new Bose L1 Compact Tower Sound System, an amazing vocal reverb unit, MicMechanic, and a 1 Terabyte Hard Drive to back up all my music files! I called in last week asking about one of the sale systems in their ad. The New Haven store is run by Bill Morello who knows that you have to have a professional, knowledgeable, staff in CT to have customer satisfaction. This is reflected throughout the store which is clean, well merchandise , and staff is friendly and helpful. Great vibe, great selection, and as good prices of any music retail store with the added benefit of sales people that really help you make the right decisions before you leave. Shop there , you won't be disappointed.
