Got what I needed . And am happy with service . Staff did what was needed to make it happen and I'm happy. Will shop again for reason that they did work with me.
Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with finding my first Acoustic guitar. Even though they did not have the one I was looking for He assured me he could send me one when I was ready. The manager Jude was also very helpful. I highly recommend Sam Ash and will be using them as my primary music store.

Ricardo was my sales associate. He was extremely helpful, and patient. Perceptionally, There was a time in our interaction, when things could have taken a turn. In the end, Ricardo was engaging abd accommodating.
