Sam Ash is one of the best stores to shop for instruments and to have your instrument repair. These guys are knowledgeable, courteous, and will get you on your way to playing again.

Even after finding out that what I wanted had sold after I paid, their staff worked with me to make me happy. That extra service is always appreciated and I will be shopping Sam Ash first, particularly this location. Great staff.

Yo soy baterista, y en una Sucursal de Orlando Florida, el sector de baterías estaba bastante vacío (nada que ver a su casa matriz en New York). Igual entré, pregunté por Fernando (leí que era atento y amable) y realmente fue así. El redoblante, caja o snare que buscaba no estaba en stock, pero lo consiguió llamando a otra sucursal, recomiendo que los q vayan y no sepan hablar inglés lo ubiquen a Fernando.
