I had a great experience with the people at the Orlando Sam Ash. Rob, the guitar tech, installed a Floyd Rose and Dimarzio pickup on my seven string. It came out great! He did quick, quality work, with a terrific, friendly attitude. I have no problem with any aspect of my experience, here. I recommend this store!
Salesperson (Preston) was very knowledgeable about the audio system I had, and there are a lot of wannabe sound techs out there. Don't waste your time elsewhere, make a beeline straight for Sam Ash stores for expert advice and quality parts.
Music classes are tailored to meet your needs. Music instructors are exceptional artists. They share their expertise in their fine arts. You can't get this kind of instruction elsewhere.

I always have a great shopping experience. Improvement? Bilingual English\Spanish signing for those who would like to shop more but cannot make a decision due to language barriers. Sam Ash still and will be my only store to buy more gear new or used . Thanks
