I left another major music store (just down the street) after being ignored for 15 minutes and decided to go to Sam Ash instead. Within a couple minutes, I was put in touch with their keyboard specialist, who accommodated my requests and steered me towards the right keyboard. The entire staff there was super attentive and helped me out!

I was asked to review my local Sam Ash. I call it a relationship because that is what it has become. Everyone, and I mean everyone who works in this store is 100% supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a good deal advertised on a particular instrument I wanted. I called and verified the info with Mike, and he held the instrument until I could make it to the store the next day. The instrument was actually better than advertised, and I made the purchase. The store has a vast selection of new and used instruments and other accessories. This was my first purchase here, but I will definitely continue shopping this location.
