Bryce was friendly and very helpful. They had what I needed in stock and he helped me find it and answered several questions I had. The only reason why this is less than five stars is there was another employee who Bryce asked to ring me up but he could not be bothered. He literally looked at me, said he’d help me, then proceeded to open a box of inventory and unpack it while I waited.
These dudes are so helpful and take the time to answer questions without being condescending.

Friendly helpful staff that know me and what I want without having to ask. Can't find that at the Big Box Store in town. not to mention Sam Ash actually has what I want in stock instead of me having to order and hope I like it. The Sarasota location has the finest collection of quality guitars, basses, drums and pro audio gear. not just low end crap aimed at every kid and teenager not what a working musician needs.
