Knowledgeable service and good prices. Nicolaas J Kraster is a working Guitarist and knows exactly what it takes to sound good and be successful. Very friendly people without the attitude you find at some stores. I had a tricky PA issue and he got me the best person in the store to help us and we got it figured out right away..
I have been a Sarasota Sam Ash customer since 2005. I've purchased numerous guitars, amplification, and accessories from this particular store over the years and keep coming back. Brandon and Jeffrey are not only my go-to guys, they're also my colleagues. In addition to Brian, their customer service has been impeccable. These guys are a real asset to the Sam Ash name!
They are awesome! Went there without a clue about purchasing an instrument - they were so patient, informative and friendly - it was a great experience. Will return for all our future needs and highly recommend to everyone. Our Salesmen was Bryce Johnson - great guy who knows his stuff!!
These guys were great! Very helpful and friendly. Helped by first getting to understand our needs - we didn't really know how to communicate exactly what we were looking for. We needed cables for some recently purchased equipment. Brian took the time to figure out what the issue was that we were trying to resolve. He figured it out and even gave us some info regarding the equipment and functions that we didn't know were available on the equipment that we already have. Very cool.
Really enjoy taking a road trip to Sam Ash... the closest to us is just over an hour. Grant in winds/brass was great. Very helpful.
I’ve bought my first Bass 20 years ago. I am still coming back! Brian, Mark and the whole team are knowledgeable and great to work with. Their sale price can beat any on line dealer. They always have what I need in stock.
