I went to the place looking for a particular piece of equipment. I was actually greeted by a real life employee of the store! The kid was smart! But not a smartass! Very helpful. Had good manners. Everyone there were helpful, and above all friendly. I can tell you that I will never go to any other store. I have found "mine."
I've been going to Sam Ash since its was Thouroughbred Music. Sam Ash in the beginning was not my favorite honestly. Recently I moved back into town and out of necessity stopped in for strings. I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and they were ready to help. I got a sense of commaraderie in the way they jokingly razzed each other and it's a blast to go in.
