Just bought a used acoustic guitar from the Sarasota store near the airport and had excellent attention and care from the staff. The instrument is far better than I deserve, but the case it came with was missing its carrying handle. I wish the store had a small repairs department, because the case now is at a furniture repair service in Sarasota that looks very dodgy - I hope they don't ruin it! Awesome place! Just bought a Tele at the Sarasota store. Brandon was great. He showed me a bunch of guitars and then just let me play. I found exactly what I was looking for and I LOVE IT! Had a great time. No pressure at all. Walked out of there with a new Tele and big smile on my face. Thanks, Brandon. (He even remembered me from the last guitar I bought from him a couple of years ago!) YOU GUYS ROCK!
I have always gotten great help at Sam Ash. Sometimes you have to "share" or wait for an associate so that they can give you the time and advice you need. 5 stars

Purchased a Conn Shooting Stars tenor sax from Sam Ash Sarasota and I am very pleased with the purchase. Before purchasing I had a couple questions and I received a reply within minutes, not hours or days later.
