Sam Ash is now my go to store for all musical needs. Great selection and great prices but what sets them apart from the other guys is customer service! I never have to wait to long, the staff is knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile for me on several occasions. Sam Ash off of Dale Manbry is the first and only choice for me.
I recently decided to take up an instrument and the staff at Sam Ash answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot and then sold me an appropriate starter instrument that was perfect for my needs. Since then, they have helped me make other purchases, including a tuner/metronome, sheet music, and a case. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable and have never tried to up-sell me.
