I went to both stores in the Tampa area. I was looking for a specific guitar, an Ovation. The salesman in the Clearwater store had no problem helping me to got to the other store to see what they had, even though he might lose a sale. He put the one I looked at on hold for me so I could do so. Much appreciated. The sales people are all experienced musicians who know what they are talking about. Thank you.

Taylor in guitars was super nice, he had the right parts for my guitar, held it until I got into the store without selling it to someone else. In fact everyone there was great, huge selection of guitars, best I've seen in years..!
