First visit there and I was impressed with the level of service and product knowledge I received. Very happy.
I can't say enough great things about Sam Ash Tampa. They have best in class customer service, always going above and beyond to get me the exact gear that I want. Everyone is always welcoming and accomodating. They always seem to have the newest gear before other stores and often have gear that is limited edition and hard to find.
Extremely pleased with the service provided by George in the drum department. I stopped in with a buddy who was looking at guitars and I ended up trading in my drum kit for another. George was very helpful and he did what he could to make the deal happen. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. Thank you!

The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and helpfull .extensive selection .clean restroom and parking lot .greeted as i entered by more than one associate. It was well worth the hour drive.
