I can't think of anything you could do beyond my previous experiences. I have purchased many guitars, accessories, keyboards, electronic drums, mics, recording equipment, etc. over the past 14 years (wow! It's been that long?) and I've enjoyed the quality of the products, the pricing, the deals and the fast service whenever I needed to order something not already in stock. Sam Ash is the ultimate "candy store" for the musician at any level.

Work on wait time. Maybe have more team members in the departments. I waited 15 minutes until the team member in one department was done with 2 other customers before I could ask a question. The team member who assisted me was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.
