The people over dealt with are knowledgeable. I've never been steered the wrong way. Being a beginner it is easy to the wrong thing, but they haven't. Quick friendly service.
Excellent service and great hospitality
I went to both stores in the Tampa area. I was looking for a specific guitar, an Ovation. The salesman in the Clearwater store had no problem helping me to got to the other store to see what they had, even though he might lose a sale. He put the one I looked at on hold for me so I could do so. Much appreciated. The sales people are all experienced musicians who know what they are talking about. Thank you.
