Extremely helpful sales staff got me everything I needed to start learning.
So happy to have an incredible music store close to home. Walked out yesterday with another drum kit for my son. Mike, George, and Lee are so knowledgeable and incredibly talented! They always have a wonderful selection of new and preowned items. Thank you so much for always making us feel at home!

I had a great buying experience with Wyatt at the Tampa Sam Ash store. He is one the the youngest staff working there and is easy to talk to about new audio tech. And he is a very accomplished violin player. 5 stars for customer service.

The service is very good. There are many brands of guitar and bass strings that are no longer carried in-store, but are available for ordering. Whatever they don't have, they will order and have shipped directly to your home. All the original people who worked in this store have been moved to other stores or have, sadly, retired. I look forward to working with all the new people, especially Chris in guitars.
Traded in some of my old gear and got great service picking out new equipment. The guys were super nice and knowledgeable.
