I love the fact that majority of everything I need is in stock. I find myself sometimes having to travel to different other music stores and end up coming back to Sam ash. I do highly recommend Sam ash and will continue to. My only downfall is that there's only one location in Tampa and 1 location in the Clearwater area. I live in Ruskin and pass by a lot of other music stores before getting to Sam ash. I prefer doing my shopping at Sam ash music stores.
I had a great experience going into the store this morning. The associates were very helpful.
Great experience with buying my new Tele , only real gripe I have is that guitar had a piss poor or likely no set up. Tried to get a set up with my purchase and was informed about a 90 dollar plan. So now I have to pay for a set up , not that big a deal its pretty much what i expect from big box guitar stores these days.
The staff is friendly and professional (even tuned my violin on the spot-at no extra charge!) They give excellent guidance and helped me to find exactly what I needed, quickly.
First visit there and I was impressed with the level of service and product knowledge I received. Very happy.
I can't say enough great things about Sam Ash Tampa. They have best in class customer service, always going above and beyond to get me the exact gear that I want. Everyone is always welcoming and accomodating. They always seem to have the newest gear before other stores and often have gear that is limited edition and hard to find.
Extremely pleased with the service provided by George in the drum department. I stopped in with a buddy who was looking at guitars and I ended up trading in my drum kit for another. George was very helpful and he did what he could to make the deal happen. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. Thank you!
