Well I can tell you Michael Fernstrom is the best in the business very friendly. No Top of his game, Helpful in every way caring and kind, Patience, Inspires me With his passion for the love Music, And everyone that work's with him is the same way a happy place. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and helpfull .extensive selection .clean restroom and parking lot .greeted as i entered by more than one associate. It was well worth the hour drive.
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable!! Although, I dislike going in there because it’s like a candy store and I hvnt the money nor can I play yet!!! LOL
This past week, I brought in my LTD Burnt Tiger for a set up. While there, I also ordered an Epiphone Les Paul Studio Goth from associate Sidney Tran. The new guitar came in less than 24 hours later and, as always, the set up on the old guitar was impeccable! Kudos to Sidney Tran and John O’Boyle for their outstanding customer service and work!

It’s really cool place to chill and test out instrument. They got decent price on the instruments. The people who work there is cool people and really helpful. To my opinion if you want good quality instrument or somewhere to chill it’s this place
