RecommendedGuitar Center has let me down a hundred times before, but I always forgive them in spite of having bad customer service because they’re closer to me than Sam Ash is. Lucky for me, I don’t have to go to GC anymore because if they think im goin’ to put up with their bs 101 times, they’re nuts! Sam Ash is much, much better when it comes to musical instruments and customer service.

RecommendedFor the longest time I have been a customer of Guitar Center for my local music needs. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with GC and always leaving feeling that I was ripped off OR disappointed with customer service. Two instances in the last month with GC - #1 The new Scarlett Solo USB-C Audio Interface came out and I asked GC rep to hold me the device. When I got there they sold the last model.
