Amazing store. The staff is super helpful!! Some is always around so you're not wandering aimlessly.
Waked in, told them I wanted to buy a Rickenbacker bass, pulled everyone down to let me play. Left me alone to try them out. Told them I want the fireglo and gave me a great deal. Way better then Guitar Center (who didnt even have any Rics in store!) No hassle, easy!
The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be back for sure.

What a great experience very Knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot of them when buying new amp..let me play any ax and amp I wanted and just sat there and had a ball..lucky I live very close to the store so signed up for some ax lessons too
