I had a mixing board that I purchased somewhere else that stopped working. I called Sam Ash on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas, and I was told to bring it in and they would test it. They did, and it was not working properly. The did not push me into buying a new one from them once they learned I had purchased it somewhere else. Instead, they encouraged me to send it back for a replacement. I brought a guitar I had purchased in to have new strings put on and tuned up when I walked in guy at front desk told me his tech is on vacation until next week so he couldn't help me until then...I was like you only have one tech he said yes...I couldn't believe that they only have tech I think he was lying and just didn't want to work I will never go to Sam ash again...I actually drove to guitar center walked right in to the tech desk guy changed my strings and tuned it up in 20 mins. Extremely bad service at Sam ash
Waited around for 25 minutes in a nearly empty store and was ignored by all the sales people lounging around.
