I have been a customer of Sam Ash for many years. I've bought all my sound equipment there and have never had to return anything. If I needed help, I always got a complete explaination and demonstration for any problem. Recently I bought a guitar and started lessons. I haven't played in 40 years and everyone there, especially the instructors have been very supportive. Hey, it's never to late! Thanks Sam Ash
My son was looking to buy a used alto sax and we found one we really liked online at Sam Ash. When we went to look at it we spoke with both the store associate & the technician. We were able to play it in a separate room. After we decided to purchase the alto sax, the associate helped us find a new mouthpiece, ligiture, and strap. A very plesant experience!
