Aaron Hall is the man! He claims he's "just doing his job" but the level of service, follow through, and really just making the extra effort is rare to find at this level in a retail setting. Kudos to Sam Ash for having Aaron on site to really handle my equipment issues from the moment I walked in, through the repair process, and right back to me being up and running for my next gig. This is why I'm a loyal Sam Ash customer. Thanks Aaron and Sam Ash.

I had a fantastic experience at the White Plains Sam Ash store. I went to the store for assistance with some drum equipment. Nick and Nick helped me and were knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly.
The tech Vinny was great. He assessed the issue with my Taylor guitar neck being twisted with Taylor and was able to fix it within a month of leaving it there replacing the neck. Can't complain about anything

I brought my guitar to be restrung. Then bought 2 speakers and a keyboard. I have not picked up my guitar but the speakers and keyboard are good
