Went in looking for specific drum books, found them in stock. Actually, I didn't find them... but the first person I asked directed me right to them (thank you!). Totally satisfied with this visit (maybe the 1,000th time I've been to the store over the years) and will be back very soon, I'm sure. Thanks.

Had good quality help shopping for a guitar. Changed our mind a few times and associate Kevin was very patient. Very flexible policies allow us to return items if not satisfies. So there's no risk to try something out. Kevin offered to find us a new, unopened item from another store, which was appreciated. For these reasons we always come here first for new gear.

John was very helpful. I was looking for a synth pedal that no one has had for months. He found one. I was also looking at reverb pedals. He made two good suggestions and also pointed out a used drive pedal that was an excellent value. I bought three pedals! Everyone at the store was very cool.
