My son never wants to leave and has enough questions to make anyone crazy, but these guys encourage and welcome his excitement. Yesterday we went in to see if my sons tuner was working and asked to help change some strings. Even though they were closing in 30 min we got the white glove service and left with new strings put on, tuned and even got a lesson on how to do it. No fee or cost. What a pleasure!
