The people in each store seem to really want to help you. I've been to other music retailers and have walked away depressed after not being to find product, or have been demeaned by those in charge of doling out help to the customers. However, Sam Ash rocks!
yesterday may've been abnormal..hope it was...I went to the White Plains store and waited 1 hr for service..having to run out ever so often to add money to my meter since the traffic cops were very busy/diligent and based on the rep suggestion..10 more minutes turned to over and 1hr.I got the cordless mike I wanted..unfortunately seems it was the only one/ones not on any sale for labor day..what a disappointment.its only a pity I didn't have time to shop online cause it was an urgent request for someone travelling 2 days lat... read more
Sold me a broken mixer yet charged me a 15% restocking fee.....I will keep my business with Amazon or Other online stores....
