Gene helped me enormously getting started in what I'm sure will now be a fun experience of learning the banjo. He showed me how to replace strings, how to tune it and never pushed any products on me. He spoke to a few other people while I was there about past resolved issues which shows he knows his customers well & it's not about a sale, but about helping his customers, I know I'll be there regularly from now on.
Kris in Pro Audio is awesome. Knows his stuff. Isn't pushy, and has honest suggestions even if it means going with a less costly solution. Everyone there is ready to assist but t Kris, every time, goes the extra mile. With a few pro audio retail locations in the area, it's worth it for me to travel the extra few miles to get to Sam Ash as I know I'll leave with what I need.
