Josh in the strings section was immensely patient and understanding of my daughter as she selected her new violin. He calmly explained everything he was doing and showed her how to do it herself. He's my go-to guy!

Recently bought my new guitar at White Plains, NY location. I got a good deal on a nice sounding acoustic and the staff there is very knowledgeable.
First i called talked to Gene asked a few questions and he was very helpful over the phone.Showed up a little later and met him ,we talked a little and then went to the guitars. he helped me get what i needed and took care of all my concerns. Also everyone else was really friendly and easy to talk with.

Came in to get help with a Bass Guitar. Salesman was knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. They helped me.pick out strings, and get it set up for me.
Its always cool at White Plains, that dude that looks like Nuno Bettencourt is always knowlegable and helpful( sorry don't know his name) but he has good hair ...lol!😝
