I had problems (technical on my side) ordering from the online store. I discovered that the trumpet I wanted was at the Raleigh store. Since Raleigh was on my agenda for vacation, I called and asked if there was any way they could hold it for me until I got into town, exactly one month later. They did. A collection of issues later, TR, Trey and several others found my trumpet, processed the payment and I have a VERY happy high schooler with an awesome trumpet. Well worth the drive from Oklahoma!

I had been doing my shopping across at Guitar Center and was tired of either no salesperson in the particular dept. or them always being out of stock or not knowing what I was looking for, yesterday proved no different. Bought an acoustic tenor guitar ... who knew they existed! Staff was courteous and friendly ... they were patient and gave me a good deal. I'll be back soon as always.
I went to the Sam Ash store on Capital Boulevard, Raleigh NC store. I have always played Fenders and was thinking about adding something different to my repertoire. Mark did a great job of helping me work through all the differences and decided on a Epiphone Les Paul. I have played it for two days now and love it. Thanks!
