The people at Sam Ash are NOT high pressure, they will let you know that they are there if you have an questions and if you do ask questions you don't get a shoulder shrug, you get an actual answer, I like that! It's nice to know that there ARE still people who are knowledgeable enough about what they do to give you an informed answer. They earned my business !

I had problems (technical on my side) ordering from the online store. I discovered that the trumpet I wanted was at the Raleigh store. Since Raleigh was on my agenda for vacation, I called and asked if there was any way they could hold it for me until I got into town, exactly one month later. They did. A collection of issues later, TR, Trey and several others found my trumpet, processed the payment and I have a VERY happy high schooler with an awesome trumpet. Well worth the drive from Oklahoma!
