Found a Gator TSR Guitar case on sale at a competitor....Sam Ash price mated even though it wasn't on sale there....great store...
I forget the guys name but i know he was a trainee and he worked in drums. This definitely went the extra mile when helping buy a djembe. He gave me recommendations, gave me best trade in prices and really showed his care for genuine customer service!

Buying what I did I think you should have thrown in the $3 chord chart, when you forgot to ring it up, rather than make me wait to ring it up again. Other than that it was all positive.
Personal attention to a musician's particular needs are what you will find here.....not to mention new mates with the staff if you have lessons... Very knowledgeable and not pushy in anyway....I prefer me privacy and ,for the most part,that was what I received from the sales staff. Lessons I receive are brilliant with a personal touch....makes me put in hours of rehearsal.... Highly recommend if you are looking for a start or even a push if you have gotten off an instrument but want to return......
They had what I needed (ukulele strings). The staff was helpful and courteous. My "go to" store for local supplies.
