4.5 ⭐️ I wasn’t happy with GC at all over the few years with a number of issues. Charging me for shipping, to my house,to there store or just for fun idk it’s slack and every gc is the same. No real guitars or pedals, used gear is trash and the staff stinks , they are way too young and cocky or old and don’t care for my questions or want me to buy something I don’t want and which they don’t have in stock and would still try to charge me shipping. Everything fun under one roof. Good selection and good people
Went in the Raleigh store needing a new microphone cord for a lapel mic. When it was obvious the guy playing the keyboard wasn't going to help me because he was too busy showing off his skills for a friend, I found a young man, Marvin Gonzales, who was most helpful and very pleasant. He made a phone call, figured out what I needed and placed the order for me. I had the part I needed in less than a week. Marvin should have been running that dept. I will shop that store again.
