Great selection of gear, especially ukuleles and bass guitars. No other place like it around here. Very nice people too

Been a Sam Ash customer for years. Unfortunately for me, my preferred brand of strings are no longer carried and the other stores that carry them were out of them. So, I purchased my second choice strings at Sam Ash and service was quick and painless. The only real complaint I have is not about the store but the web site. I use Android devices and when I can navigate through the site, which is not as intuitive as others, the images won't show up. My experience was great! Nothing needed to improve on. Customer Service was great. My Rep was knowledgeable and helpful and offered suggestions. I felt like I left with everything I needed and was intending to purchase.
Loved your store, everybody there was so nice and welcoming, they let me play the congos while all the very talented musicians played on stage. I had such a good time, plan to return after I dust off my old folk guitar and save money for some congos !
