Billy is my granddaughter guitar instructor, he is great. I will tell all my friends to go to Billy. The lesson are reasonable priced. The shopping experience at the Cincinnati store was best for us, no high pressure at all. Jeff is the person that help my granddaughter who is 12, Jeff guided her to the right size guitar and gave her good info about each guitar she like, he told her about the difference tones of the guitar she like. something she did not know about.
