Bought a drum kit online from the Cincinnati Store, and although I had to return it, Don and Ryan from the store had SUPERB customer service and made the return process very smooth and easy! Thanks guys!
I have always had good experience dealing with Sam Ash Music. They are really good about buying and selling used gear. However, I would like to see more high end bass gear and more professional stage lighting products.
