Thank you so much to Eric for helping me with my son's alto sax! He was a wealth of information and very honest - he could have sold me snake oil (I wouldn't have known) but instead made sure I had what I needed and didn't sell me extras that didn't need done. Most definitely an amazing experience with there friendly sales people and there knowledge of guitars amps and guitar accessories thank you Sam Ash.
I have purchased several guitars from the Cincinnati store and the folks there are awesome. These folks are knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure, stay and play as long as you want, they are not happy until you are satisfied you have the right instrument. Thanks Sam ASh.
