My salesperson, Nathan Ball, was just great. He was polite, attentive, informed and I could not be more pleased. I will definitely shop there again and again. My husband and I have already purchased quite a few items there, several guitars, lots of strings, picks, etc. The reason I return is the customer service.

Best pro audio staff in town. They actually know what they are doing unlike Guitar Center. I can trust Sam Ash to get me the right gear every time. Keep up the good work!
Great place! Family friendly atmosphere and they always have something going for customers to take advantage of such as open mic night which they pay you in the form of a $10 gift card. Great staff...ask for the store mascot
