Got a Les Paul for my grandson the staff let me do it at my own pace. I hate when they walk behind me and ask over and over again if they can help me. I've owned over fifty guitars in my life so I do know a thing or two about them. But the staff at Sam Ash was great to work with and I'll be going back for the double cutaway Les Paul next week. Think I'll be spending a lot of time and money there. So Thank You Sam Ash of Glendale you rock
