It took me a half hour to get help from an associate. One was busy, the other disappeared. Finally got help for about 15 minutes, I spent $272...I wasn't done and the manager rushed the Salesman I had helping me to get back out on the main floor. I had another question, for Audio, there were 3 salesman with 1 customer, manager finally asked 1 to help me, but not the 1 I needed. The one I got couldn't answer my question. Frustrated, I left.
