Ordered a use acoustic from the Reverb store, took 2 days to cancel the order because they no longer have it. Clearly customer service and proper inventory are not the priorities
Location is filthy. Dirty guitars, disorganized, broken inventory that they try to pass of as factory new. Sales people who are lost and have no clue when asked basic questions. Don’t waste your time.
I won’t be back! My husband and I went into Sam Ash looking for a guitar for my daughter. Not one person spoke to us! There was a man sitting at the desk when we first walked it and at least 3 other people that saw us. I can’t even say it was horrible customer service because we didn’t get any!!!
Was a terrible experience. Went to the store on Sunday 6/6/21. Entered the store without masks and started to look over the inventory were looking for at Gibson Les Paul models. They did not have a good selection of inventory any way. The manager of the store saw we didn’t have masks on and I said okay we will just shop somewhere else as the mandate has ended in Ohio. Good luck getting anyone to sell you anything. Waited around forever for half-assed assistance, meanwhile employees just seem to want to sit around and talk shop with customers who don’t appear to be planning on buying anything at all. Finally gave up and walked out..... we’ll just buy what we need on Amazon.
The staff is kind and professional. I bought my Fender almost 2 years ago, and I received a courtesy call reminding me that I never had my guitar set up and that my warranty was about to expire. I took my guitar in on June 14 and was told to expect it in about 10 days. I called about the 10 mark and was told to expect an additional 14 due to the guitar tech was out.
