The associate explained to me about the guitar I was interested in. Set me up to play it and left me alone for awhile, which I was very happy about. Never tried to pressure me into anything making the process the way I like it. I asked if I could get a better price on this guitar (Gibson ES-339 studio) and they did. So I bought this guitar, and I'm very happy with my purchase!
