Brilliant staff and management make for an informed purchasing experience. Every one was helpful and knew the products. There was a big selection in every department. A great place to learn about and purchase the best in music equipment.

Robert and Jordan in the guitar area at the Lyndhurst store were super helpful and patient. Very knowledgeable and great to interact with. I only wish we would have gone through the case before I left the store because I found out when I got home that the switch ring was missing. I will make arrangements to get one from them.
