Great customer service. Truly knowledgeable employees. The selection is far beyond what the other two guitar places around town have.
I went to Sam Ash with my friend February 26,2018. They had great customer service in mayfield, Sam ASh. I’ve been to many stores a lot for my insterst in music and this is the first time I was offered drumsticks to try out drums. I got a hi hat stand and they even opened it to make sure it was double braced and my friend got help with king keg and was pleased w the help he got. We had a great experience.

Excellent selection of guitars. The employees , especially CYE, were superb. Very knowledgeable staff. I bought two guitars, about $2000. They could throw in more “ goodies” though,when spending this amount. Anyway, good experience. I am returning one of them, a PRS. But I’m sure it will be more of an exchange, for a couple of others, haha.

Great store and great staff! If you “need” a Taylor, get it here. The selection is excellent! (You definitely need a Taylor)
