The entire staff at Sam Ash in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is friendly and helpful, and knows how to provide the right level of assistance without "hovering over you". Additionally, the quality of this store's inventory has noticeably improved over the last couple of years, making it my favorite place to shop for high end gear. I attended my first Saturday audio class yesterday. The instructor, Mikey, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also extremely patient dealing with all the questions that I had.
They did everything they could to get me what I needed very polite people.
Excellent establishment for any musicians of all ages this store covers everything. No pressure to spend browsing was encouraged a great experience!
The drum shop tech. was very knowledgeable, gave me other ideas on what hardware to buy.
My guitar is great and Brian the sales person was super helpful!
