The professionalism and knowledge of the staff, especially Brian in the drum department. Brian goes above and beyond his duties to satisfy customers coming in the drum department. He even made a visit to our church, to set up the drums that were purchased. He is knowledgeable and above all displays a pleasant and pleasing attitude. He is a jewel and asset to the company.
It’s always pleasant at Sam Ash. The employees are easy going and have plenty to talk about with customers and are helpful. The manager is also very friendly . I usually avoid Guitar Center. But, I enjoy going to Sam Ash.
Came in to buy my self new guitar Epiphone Les Paul Standard PRO did not get pressured by employe what to buy 😀 Got help from Erin or Aaron lol sorry they sound same names🤷🏻♂️ Price was good Cant complain I did came back week later to adjust my action on freet board and Tech guy Alen got me in in no time In and Out Thanks guys and ill be back for more 🎸🎶🎸
People are very friendly at Sam Ash. I went there for the first time to buy a saxophone for my son. They were very helpful and I will be going back there for all my musical needs in the future.

I have always had a great shopping experience at Sam Ash. The sales people are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and the prices and selection are great. Also the acoustic guitar section is isolated so you don't have to contend with someone banging on drums while you check out a guitar.
They have a god selection, and also a repair department. Occasionally they do trade ins too.
